Realtors often ask me for my business cards after finishing an inspection for my Client. Only when asked do I consider their request. 

Because of my well known view regarding Realtor and Agency solicitation and because all Realtors are not alike, as all home inspectors are not alike I've decided to begin listing Realtors who, for various reasons, I respect. 

These are exceptional Realtors who I believe understand the important aspects of a home inspection. The importance of being thorough and therefore, allowing me to do a thorough home inspection without interuption or interferance. Another is a concern for the Buyer and what is fair and ethical whether a Buyer or Listing Agent.

Only Realtors who have displayed respect and professionalism in these areas by supporting a high quality inspection are eligible for my list.
