Realtors often ask me for my business card after finishing an inspection for my Client. Only when asked do I consider their request. 

Because of my well known view regarding Realtor and Agency solicitation and because all Realtors are not alike, as all home inspectors are not alike I've decided to begin listing Realtors whom, for various reasons, I have come to respect. 

These are exceptional Realtors who I believe understand the importance of a quality home inspection. The importance of being thorough and therefore, allowing me to do a thorough home inspection without interuption or complaining about how long it is taking (a common complaint among quality minded home inspectors). Another concern is for the good of the Buyer; what is reasonable and ethical whether a you're a Buyer agent or Listing Agent.
