The inspection, the inspection report and followup support you will receive from AppleWood Home Inspection is among the best in the industry. I will provide you with the kind of information you'll need to make a well informed and wise home buying decision. If you are selling your home, be prepared and find out ahead of time if there are any existing deficiencies! This will give you an opportunity to decide if you should make any repairs! Your report will contain digital photos so you can see the defects with annotations pointing out the defects and any major deficiencies found! The report will also point out the positive aspects of the home you are considering! This is, and should be, important to you as a buyer or seller!

You'll receive a computer generated report with digital photos that contains much more than most reports and is easy to understand. Any major deficiencies discovered during the inspection will be included in the report as well as additional pertinent information.
