 I've provided a partial sampling of one of my 70+ page narrative reports with digital photos. See link below. This is NOT a simple checklist with illegible hand writing. It is in no particular order and far from the completed version. It is meant to provide a flavor of what you can expect from AppleWood Home Inspection, llc. Please note that the number of pages will vary depending on the age and condition of the home being inspected. Reports generally range between 70 and 90 pages thus providing the level of detail you'll need to make an educated decision.
I'm always careful about spending enough time and attention to detail in the inspection process. This starts at the site, addressing my client's concerns, answering questions, education and more before leaving for the office to continue working on the report. I'm usually at the site 4 or more hours followed by another 4 or more hours creating the report at the office.
The report contains digital photos inserted within their related sections to avoid confusion, not a page or two of far removed photos at the end of the report. This takes more time. I spend the extra time to ensure a higher level of quality for my clients.
I inspect one house per day and no more than 3 per week. Again, to ensure high quality! This also applies to any testing and Lab services you may need.
Additionally, some may claim to have comprehensive reports. A few may even look similar to mine. On close examination you'll realize...they're not!
